Grenzmark Posen-Westpreussen

For people who check facts
The Grenzmark Posen-Westpreussen are the lands of Provinz Posen and West Prussia, that remained in Germany after 1920. Found in 1922 and existed until 1938, when it was divided, and parts were assigned to Silesia, Pomerania and Brandenburg. A capital was Schneidemühl.

The areas included into Pomerania, were also called Grenzmark Posen-Westpreussen, that has nothing to do with the province.
