Goh Kun (born January 2, 1938) (In official transliteration: Go Geon ; Hangul: 고건; Hanja: 高建) is the Prime Minister and acting President of South Korea. Goh took office as Prime Minister in 2003 and assumed the role of interim head of state on March 12, 2004, following President Roh Moo-Hyun's impeachment.

He was a minister during the 1980s, and then Mayor of Seoul from 1988 to 1990. He was Prime Minister from 1997 to 1998, and mayor of Seoul again the next year. His most recent term as Prime Minister started in 2003. He is known as a solid, hardworking civil servant and had been saying that he will retire after the next election. One of Goh Kun's nicknames is "Mr. Stability," reflecting his ability to survive changes of government and other political upheavals.
