Genital bisection

For thoughtful child sponsors
Genital bisection in males involves the splitting of the penis. This still allows for erection, though often the two halves curve into each other resulting in insertion becoming an impossibility.

Genital bisections may be extensions of a subincision or even meatotomy. As the urethra is exposed, great pleaure may be derived due to the great abundance of nerves.

Variations include keeping the glans intact so that only the penile shaft is bisected.
