Futtsu (Hepburn) (Japanese: 富津市; -shi) is a city located in Chiba, Japan. The city's name is sometimes romanized as Huttu (Nippon-shiki/Kunrei/JSL).

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 51,528 and the density of 251.17 persons per km². The total area is 205.15 km².

The city was founded on September 1, 1971.
