Frogner is a borough of the city of Oslo, Norway. It has 45,169 inhabitants as of January 1, 2004, and covers an area of 8.3 km². In addition to Frogner, the district incorporates Bygdøy, Uranienborg and Majorstuen.

The area became part of the city of Oslo (then Christiania) in 1878.

Some of the famous spots in this part of Oslo includes Frognerparken, (including the Vigeland Sculpture Park) and Bislet Stadion where the Bislett Games is arranged. At the peninsula Bygdøy the Viking ship Museum, the Naval Museum and the ship Fram, used by Roald Amundsen can be found. The royal estates Bygdø kongsgård and Oscarshall are also located here.
