Franklin Rosemont (born October 2, 1943) was co founder of the Surrealist Movement in the United States. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

He edited Rebel Worker Arsenal, a Journal of Surrealist Subversion. With Penelope Rosemont and Paul Garon he edited The Forecast is Hot.

He is the author of An Open Entrance to the Shut Palace of Wrong Numbers, a book that explores the phenomenon of "wrong numbers" from a surrealist perspective. It was published by Black Swan Press in 2003.
