Filippo Tommaso Marinetti (December 22, 1876 - December 2, 1944) was an Italian poet and editor.

He was born in Alexandria, Egypt.

He was one of the founders of the Futurist art movement of the early 20th century. He is most noted for his contributions to the Futurist Manifesto and the sound poem Zang Tumb Tumb.

He died in Bellagio, Italy.
