The Elm is a hill range in the Helmstedt and Wolfenbüttel counties of Lower Saxony, Germany. It rises to an elevation of 323 meters, and is surrounded by the North German Lowlands. The Elm is almost completely forested, mostly with beeches, and consists out of triassic limestone.
