Edward L. Thorndike

Edward Lee Thorndike (August 31, 1874 - August 9, 1949) was an American psychologist who conducted studies on learning and on animal psychology.

He formulated the Laws of Learning: the Law of Effect, the Law of Exercise, the Law of Readiness and the Law of Spread of Effect.
