Disney's Animal Kingdom

Disney's Animal Kingdom is a theme park at Walt Disney World in Florida. It opened on April 22, 1998.

Animal Kingdom covers more than five hundred acres in size. It is, naturally, themed around animals: live, extinct, and mythical. One major attraction is made to look like an African safari.

The park closes earlier than other Disney parks, usually at 5pm, or 6pm during busy seasons. Another notable difference from other DIsney parks is that Animal Kingdom does not have a fireworks show, due to the fact that fireworks would spook the animals.
