There is an album by the Moody Blues called Days of Future Passed''.

Days of Future Past (DoFP) is a fictional X-Men continuity in the Marvel Comics universe.

It was an alternate future reality where things went very much wrong... anti mutant hatred exploded to an extreme, mutants were imprisoned or killed, etc.

The original story in X-Men introduced the character Rachel Summers, who would become the second Phoenix. DoFP was revisited in Excalibur when the team went to the alternate future.
