Chigwell

For people who check facts
Chigwell is a small village in the county of Essex, south-east England. Chigwell was mentioned in the Domesday Book, and later lauded by Charles Dickens in the novel Barnaby Rudge, where The Maypole inn is said to have been based on the village's King's Head pub. Traditionally a rural/farming community, Chigwell now has many wealthy suburban homes, situated just 40 minutes from central London by train. Chigwell School is located here.
