Chad Trujillo
Chadwick A. Trujillo (born November 22, 1973) is a postdoctoral scholar at Caltech researching the Edgeworth-Kuiper belt and the outer solar system. He received his Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Hawaii in 2000.He has discovered several trans-Neptunian objects:
- Quaoar (with Mike Brown)
- 2004 DW (with Mike Brown and David Rabinowitz) — possibly the largest Kuiper belt object after Pluto
- Sedna (with Mike Brown and David Rabinowitz) — thought to be the first inner ÃÂÃÂpik-Oort cloud object.
