Central Collegiate Hockey Association
The Central Collegiate Hockey Association is a college athletic conference which operates mostly in Ohio and Michigan, although it also has members in Alaska, Indiana, and Nebraska. It participates in the NCAA's Division I as a hockey-only conference.Unlike several other Division I hockey conferences, the CCHA has no women's division. Only one CCHA school, Ohio State, has a varsity-level women's hockey program; the Buckeye women compete in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association.
