CDNA

For people who check facts
cDNA is short for complementary DNA. It is the DNA sequence matching the spliced mRNA, that is, the exons of an eukaryotic gene. In prokaryotes, the cDNA matches the primary mRNA transcript, as there are no exons or introns.

The H-Invitational Database is a database with annotation of cDNA.
