Bolu Province

Bolu is a province in north western Turkey, around the ancient city of Bolu.

The highway from Istanbul to Ankara passes through Bolu after rising up Bolu Mountain, the major topograhical obstacle.

Yedigoller National Park ( Seven Lakes ) is located in Bolu province. The road to Yedigoller is very bad. Abant Golu is another very attractive mountain lake.

Kartalkaya skiing resort is in Bolu.
