Stephen Barry Jones, Baron Jones (born 26 June, 1937) was the Labour Party member of parliament for Alyn and Deeside from 1983 to 2001. He was replaced by Mark Tami. He was previously the member of parliament for Flintshire East from 1970 to 1983.

He was a parliamentary under-secretary of state for Wales from 1974 to 1979. He was made a Life Peer in 2001.
