This third installment of the hugely popular series is set mainly in the Wild West of America in the year 1885. Regarded by many as the best of the three films, Back to the Future Part III ends with the destruction of the original time machine, thus effectively ruling out any further sequels. The film ends with a message to all viewers that one's future is not written yet, but depends on what we make it to be.
